ORDERS ARE SHIPPED PROMPTLY
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping/handling charges contiguous US, APO & FPO for orders $30.00 and UNDER - Flat rate of $3.00, orders OVER $30.00 - 10% shipping; AK, HI, US Territories - 15%.
Except
for weekends and holidays, orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt. International customers should allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery. INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS Shipping/handling
charges for international destinations are 25% of the total order. If delivery
charges on international orders exceed the standard 25%, additional charges will
be applied. All international customers are responsible for applicable customs
fees and taxes. RETURNS You
may return any product you are not completely satisfied with to Hawthorne Educational
Services, Inc., within 30 days of receipt. Prior
authorization must be obtained from the Customer Service Department for all returns.
The return must be accompanied by a packing slip and be in unmarked, unused,
and salable condition to receive full refund or credit. Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The
return policy does not apply to software that has been opened. Opened software
packages cannot be returned.
Reseller and bookstore orders are non-returnable.
